Model: ten days and nine nights

For Seville 3, Córdoba 1, Granada 2, Ronda 2 and Málaga 1 night, assume two adults sharing a room. Every figure below is an illustrative final-price assumption, not a researched hotel or rental offer.

• 9 room nights × 140 EUR = 1,260 EUR.
• 3 charged rental days × 55 EUR = 165 EUR; pickup/return times determine the actual number of 24-hour periods.
• Assumed one-way fee: 100 EUR.
• Rail/transfer allowance for two before collecting the car: 140 EUR.
• Food for two: 10 × 70 EUR = 700 EUR.
• Fuel 90 EUR, parking 75 EUR, monuments 200 EUR.

Total: 2,730 EUR, plus 273 EUR contingency = 3,003 EUR for two. Divide by two people and ten days for 150.15 EUR per person per day. Flights, extra tours, shopping and a refundable rental deposit are excluded. Replace each assumption with your booking’s final cost.

Calculate admission per person

Checked base rates: Alhambra 22.27 EUR, Seville Alcázar 15.50 EUR, cathedral/Giralda online 13 EUR and Mezquita 15 EUR. Together that is 65.77 EUR per adult, or 131.54 EUR for two, before other monuments, booking extras or guiding.

The model reserves 200 EUR in total for monuments, not per person. Apply concessions only when eligible. Garden, night, tower and guided products are not interchangeable.

Three real cost choices

Staying in Seville without the car avoids unused rental time and parking, offset by rail and possible one-way charges. Compare the total.

A room outside the tightest old-city lanes may cost less but require paid transfers or parking. A day without a major ticket reduces admissions, while extending the trip still adds a room night. For the Costa del Sol AP-7, use the operator’s tariff for the actual section and season rather than a blanket Spain toll allowance.

Keep shared costs clear
