Five days: stay on the main island
These routes count arrival and departure: five days mean four nights, seven mean six and ten mean nine. The short trip stays on the main island, the middle option chooses Kerama and the longer one Ishigaki or Miyako.
JPY bands are rough planning estimates per person per day for two adults sharing a room, including food and local travel. Price flights, ferries, guided marine outings and major admissions separately; holiday and resort prices can differ substantially.
I would not add each version to the next. Kerama, Ishigaki and Miyako are alternative main choices; that preserves full days on the chosen island.

Five days: stay on the main island
Day 1 ends with one Naha night. Collect the car on day 2 and travel to Onna or Motobu for nights 2–3. Day 3 is the only full coastal day: aquarium or beach, without adding Yambaru. Return to Naha on day 4 for night 4; depart on day 5. This version omits Kerama.
Seven days: give Kerama a full day
Naha takes nights 1–2 with one free city day. Take the booked boat to Zamami or Tokashiki on day 3 for nights 3–4; day 4 stays on the island. Return to Naha on day 5 and keep nights 5–6 there. Day 6 is a free main-island day or room for a delayed return; depart on day 7. This allowance still cannot guarantee a crossing during a prolonged disruption.
Ten days: four Ishigaki or Miyako nights
Nights 1–2 are in Naha and nights 3–4 in Onna or Motobu. Day 5 is a full transition involving the airport drive, car return and booked flight to Ishigaki; stay there for nights 5–8. Days 6–8 cover Kabira/Ishigaki, Taketomi and a suitable booked Iriomote outing or a free day. Fly to Naha on day 9 for night 9 and depart on day 10. Miyako with three full days replaces the entire Ishigaki block.
Build the budget from nights and people
Hypothetical calculation for two adults over ten days: nine room nights at JPY 20,000 make JPY 180,000; ten days of meals for two at JPY 10,000 make JPY 100,000. The subtotal is JPY 280,000, or JPY 140,000 per person, before transport and activities. These are assumed calculation inputs, not current quotes. Add actual flights, ferries, rental days, fuel, parking and tours without counting prepaid items again as daily spending.
